What Surfaces Is the MJX Hyper Go 16213 Suitable For?
The MJX Hyper Go 16213 is a popular 1/16 4WD brushless RC buggy favored by many RC hobbyists. Equipped with oil-filled shocks, off-road tires and a reliable 4-wheel drive system, it performs well on a wide range of common surfaces.
Top recommended surfaces for the best experience:
- Packed dirt and small dirt tracks. Balanced traction makes it perfect for small jumps and cornering. This terrain brings out the best tuning of the MJX 16213 and lowers the risk of damaging the car.
- Gravel and fine crushed stone ground. Stock tires provide solid grip, and the shock travel is sufficient for this terrain.
- Short grass lawns. Great for light off-roading and small drops. It is very beginner-friendly.
Asphalt or concrete parking lots and plazas offer a moderate challenge. You can reach full speed and enjoy fast straight-line runs. The downside: excessive grip may cause understeer, hard braking can lead to rollovers, and tire wear will be faster.
Terrain we do NOT recommend: Tall thick grass, which can wrap around the drivetrain. Deep loose sand and sand pits will get the buggy stuck. Sand particles can also get inside and wear out bearings and differentials.
