How to install MJX Hyper Go H12Y Upgrade Parts Roof Rack and Gantry:

Roof Rack 1:

If the player has ordered the option with spotlights, take care during installation to first mount the spotlights into the lamp cups before attaching them to the roof. Refer to the wiring diagram shown in the illustration! The LED beads can be lightly secured in place with a small amount of adhesive.

Plug the light assembly connector directly into an unused channel on the receiver. It will illuminate automatically upon power-up without requiring manual control. The receiver is housed in the box above the battery compartment. Pay attention to polarity: the receiver label indicates positive (+) and negative (-) terminals. The wire harness colors denote black for negative and red for positive. When routing the light assembly wiring, ensure it does not interfere with the vehicle body switch.

Roof Rack 2:

Before installation, ensure that the gantry frame No. 2 is securely mounted. Attach the light assembly to the roof rack light cup and route the wiring accordingly. Refer to the installation diagram for roof rack No. 1 above for wiring guidance.

Next, mount the roof rack onto the vehicle roof. Note that the base must be positioned beneath the roof rack. First secure it to the gantry frame using cup-head screws, then install the front M2.5 flat-head screws.

Tighten the screws moderately.

Gantry 1:

Align arrow toward the front, insert both side bases into the body roll cage.

Insert the main roll cage assembly into the frame.

Install from underneath the vehicle. Use 14mm screws to secure the mounting brackets on both sides to the gantry frame, with the arrows pointing toward the front of the vehicle. Do not overtighten the screws; the gantry frame should be stable without wobbling.

Gantry 2:

The front section of Gantry 2 is identical to Gantry 1. Refer to the installation of the front section of Gantry 1 by flipping to the previous page. After mounting the main body onto the pipe rack, install the roll bars on both sides and the spare tire bracket.
